Priority score is automatically calculated based on the defined scoring formula and metric assigned to the issue. To change the priority score you need to update relevant metrics.

You can update and view the issue's priority score from these two places:

Updating priorities from the Priorities table

Navigate to the project, and in the project menu, find the Priorities tab. Here you can can see all the issues from the project.

1. Use filters to look for the issue whom issue’s metrics you want to update.

2. Click on the metrics field of the issue and assigned Metrics and assign a desired value. The score is automatically recalculated.

Updating priorities from the issue detail

Navigate to the issue detail. On the issue right pannel there is The Priority score field is in the right panel.
