Some emojis look fine when the page is published , but they appear as blue stars when the same page is used in a Live Template macro.

This is caused by an issue in Confluence which is affecting Visibility visibility and a number of several other apps.
Workaround
Stop using Confluence editor emojis and use the built-in emojis found in many OSes:
In Windows 10: Use the emoji keyboard - press the Windows logo key + . (period). The emoji keyboard will appear.
In Mac OS: Use the character viewer.
Resolution
Currently It is currently listed as a bug by Atlassian. No A timeline has hasn’t been provided yet for fixing this bug.
