Environment Jira Server Diagnostics Steps In the logs, you'll find the following: WARN:Could not update issue DON-67. Mapping fields which do not associated with 'Create Screen' will not be updated. Refer to JIRA log for more information. Cause When launching the wizard the user didn't configure it to automatically associate the field with all screens. Therefore, reference ID Field is not added to Create/edit issue screen, Jira issue is created but the connector is not able to locate the custom object reference ID field, as it wasn't configured in the screen. Workaround N/A Resolution Associate the Reference ID custom field to the Create/Edit issue screen. |
