Why are we retiring Stateoscope?
We've made the difficult decision to discontinue this app as of August 25, 2023, due to as we have another app in our portfolio that offers this functionality. We understand that this announcement may be unwelcome news to you and your team, but the decision will allow us to focus on bringing even more value to the other products in our portfolio.
Is there another similar app within Appfire or on the Marketplace?
Yes, we recommend using the Enhancer Plugin for Jira, which offers many similar features.
What's the difference between Stateoscope and the Enhancer Plugin for Jira?
The Enhancer Plugin for Jira provides a convenient tab panel that allows you to view issue history at a glance, just like Stateoscope. In addition, it offers useful custom fields and workflow tools. As a gesture of goodwill, we will provide Stateoscope customers with a complimentary one-year license for the Enhancer Plugin for Jira until August 25, 2024.

When is the app officially retired?
The official retirement date for Stateoscope is August 25, 2023. However, we will continue to provide support to all customers with active licenses throughout their current maintenance period.
Will I still be able to use my license of Stateoscope?
Absolutely! Since Stateoscope has a perpetual license, you can continue to use it depending on Atlassian licensing. We will also continue to support all customers with active licenses.
