Gadgets Overview
With the BigPicture is an excellent source of information about your projects and portfolios. But if you want to find specific data quickly and in an easy-to-digest form, without constant switching between Jira and BigPicture app, then gadgets serve the way.
With BigPicture gadgets, you can add dynamic content to a Confluence page or the Jira application dashboard to monitor the health of projects, departments, or specific processes. This means that you can have your favorite Gantt charts and Risks all in one place and up to date thanks to the auto-refresh. Gadgets mirror the BigPicture’s modules.

Click on the '...' button in the top-right corner. The edit options depend on the added gadget; for example, the Gantt gadget allows you to change the display and content options, while the Overview gadget does not offer any customization and shows the same view as the Hierarchy mode of the Overview modules.

Add a gadget to a Confluence page
First, you need to go to your Confluence administration and scroll the page down. On the left-hand side, there is a link called "Application Links."
