Introduction
To start working with the Objectives module and Board module, you need to allocate Teams first. In the Resources module, allocating teams is not required, although it is recommended as the module provides inbuilt Team-specific filters.

Team inheritance
Teams can be automatically inherited from the upper-level Boxes. Go to Administration > Box types > select a Box type by clicking on its name > Resources > Basic > "Auto-inherited upper-level teams" toggle switch set to active.

Use this option to create a new team.
Click the plus "+" button at the top left

Select the "Create new team" from the drop-down menu and fill in the team information.

Fill in the information and click the "Create" button to confirm

Duplicate a team
Use this option to create a team clone that you can further edit.

Assign an existing team
To add a team click "Assign existing team":

Confirm the choice by clicking "Assign".

Preconditions
If you want to allow users to manually add an upper/lower level team to a Box, make sure that the "Manually allocated teams" option in the Administration > Box Types > Resources > Basic is active:
