Introduction
When presenting your timeline, you can hide the task list to show a broader range and focus on data. Even though you will not be able to see all the important information included in the columns, you can still get some basic task information by displaying task labels on the taskbar or next to it.
The fields you can display on task labels include:
Key
Summary
Dates (start/end)
Assignee icon
Period mode (always shown)
You can freely hide or display any of the above to find the view that meets your requirements.

The task label consists of the Key and Summary field values and you can hire or display it on the taskbar or next to it.

On the taskbar
Use this options if you only want to display the task Key field or The task Summary fits within the width of a task as it will be cut if it exceeds the area of the task:

Use this option if you want to show your tasks' details with the complete summary description:

Smart labeling
This options displays the task information on the taskbar or next to it depending on the tasks width. For example, as the text exceeds the width of BU-32, it is displayed next to the taskbar.
