For example, Albingo is assigned to the TeamiOS starting on the 7th of July for 50% of his time. Albingo is working full-time 8h/d as specified in the Workload Plan. His daily capacity is 8h*50% = 4h. The 4h capacity applies to both the individual and team, as Albingo is the only member of the iOS Team. Since there are no tasks assigned to Albingo, the Capacity on the 1st of June = Remaining capacity = 4h. |
