This article explains generating a report for users to show who logged fewer 'x' hours.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Jira Menu → Appfire Reports →New Report

  2. Select Type as Time tracking and add the fields as shown below:
    Note: When you select the Type as Time tracking, the fields Project Name, Time entry: User, and Issue keyare automatically added.

  3. Set the following options in the report.
    Add one or more users or teams to the "Users and Appfire Teams Filter”.
    Check the box “Include users with zero time”
    Row total less than or equal to 40. (You can set any number based on your requirements)

    Note: This is a case in which a row total of less than or equal to 40 hours is added. If you are a part-time user, it will take about 20 hours, depending on your needs.

  4. As shown in the screenshots below, tick the Hide box and click Done to hide the Project Name and Issue Key in the results:

  5. Once the above steps are done, click Run to generate a report. This report shows the users who have not logged less than or equal to 40 hours. Please note that it works on row levels that are not grouped.
