Rename - click on the name of a permission scheme to rename it. Rename is a safe activity, which means that the permission scheme's name will be updated in all dependent configuration elements referring to it by name.
Configure - redirects you to the permission scheme's configuration page in Jira.
Edit - redirects you to the permission scheme's edit page in Jira.
Delete - use it to clean your Jira of any unused permission schemes. Power Admin allows you to delete a permission scheme if it’s not assigned to any projects.
