Open BigPicture.
Go to App settings (wrench icon in the top right corner)> General .Switch to the> Live sync tab.Go to the Markers section> Markers.
Activate the Enable Live sync on markers toggle.

Open the Gantt module.
Click the More actions … button ( in the top right corner).
Activate the Markers option.

Click on the timeline when the + icon appears.
Complete the details:
Provide a name.
Adjust the date.
Add the description (optional).
Change the color (optional).
When ready, click Create.
