To create a First/Last Public Comment User Custom Field 

• Navigate to to Jira Admin > Add-ons Manage Apps > Enhancer Plugin For Jira Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the User tabFields (JEP).
• Click on the Image Removedthe Image Added button.

• Fill in the dialog box:

Pick JEP -
• Click on the User/Group tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue. 
• Navigate to and click on First Public Comment User or
JEP -
• Last Public Comment User
in the
• , then click Add custom field
drop-down menu.
• .

• Fill in the dialog box:
  Image Added
  
  • Create a name for the custom field.
    
• And then click on the Add Custom Save Custom Field button. That's it.

This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
