Launched for Confluence Cloud in 2021, Page Approval for Confluence Cloud is was initially a free app. This planned transition The change to a paid subscription enables us to continue providing you with high-quality service and innovative features while supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of the app. By moving to a paid model, we We can invest more resources into enhancing our Page Approval for Confluence Cloud app, expanding its capabilities, and delivering an even better user experience supporting the implementation of approval workflows within a content creation lifecycle.

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps. Monthly subscriptions with more than over 10 users are billed per user, starting at with the first user.
