  1. Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.

  1. Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.

When filtering the report, use the ➕More button to narrow down the scope of your SLAs.

  1. Click Generate to create your Summary Report.

Once you’ve created a summary report, if you have an SLA that didn’t reach the target date, it shows the remaining duration of this SLA. If you have an SLA that has already been breached, it shows the overdue duration of the SLA.
