1. To configure templates template go to Jira Administration > System > General Configurations click Configure Configuration. Click Easy PDF TemplateWord Issue Templates Configuration.

2. click Add New Click Add template.

3. Select Select Project, Issue Types and Type and Statuses you you'd like to see the template in. Attach created template. Give See the samples for html and docx provided. Give a name in Output File Name. Click Click Save.

4. You can also hide the PDF pane from certain users and / or groups so that they can't download the template.

5. That's it. Configuration is complete. Template is added in your project, to your issue type.

   That's itAccess permissions are added. You can find created template in the issue on the the Easy PDF Loader section  section .
