In addition to the visibility sharing provided natively by JIRA, the Add-on allows you to also share with other users the ownership of a filter with other users. The principle is very simple:
Share the ownership of your filter with other users
Any of the users you have shared ownership with , can become the filter owner of the filter with only one click and then can perform filter changes. Also, the 'Details' “Details” dialog displays the current owner and the the list of co-owners list.
