Condition the Create

Allows workflow designer to specify conditions based on the original issue that determine whether or not the subtask should be created. This provides great flexibility for automating the creation of one or more subtasks during the transition. This new feature provides a pattern matching capability based on all the information available at the time of the transition to decide whether the creation will take place.
