After initial installation of Page Approval for Confluence Cloud, complete a simple onboarding to have access to the application's setting in all the spaces.

choose Page Approval
choose Start to go through the short introduction of the Page Approval app
choose Next until you reach the final step, then select Finish to complete the onboarding

Only a space administrator can enable and disable the Page Approval app.
Go to any pages page within your space .The and the Request Approval button will appear on the top right of the page. breadcrumb byline is displayed in the page subtitle.
