In Swanly, you can display existing plans roadmaps and quickly create new issue issues and release plansroadmaps.
How to create a

Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps.
Next to the Swanly logo, click on the dropdown option the drop-down.
Click on + Create a new planroadmap.
Add plan the roadmap name, select type of plan roadmap (Issue or Release), and select projects.

Click Create.

If you select Issue plan roadmap type, then you will need to connect Swanly issue dates with Jira fields. |
How to share a plan
After you create a plan - a share plan modal appears, where you can select users or groups and give them access to this plan.

Click on Select user or group dropdown
Start typing necessary user or group
Select necessary result from dropdown
Click on Access type dropdown
Select Viewer or Editor access type
Click Add to grant access to another group or user
Click Save to save the changes
