The workflow viewer filters all the JIRA configuration and displays scripts and screens that project / issue type combination, showing you what will happen for a given issue in that project on that issue type.
To get access to Workflow Viewer, you have to be an administrator; the tool can be found in the Add-Ons→Kepler Tools → Workflow Viewer.

Workflow Viewer
Workflow viewer displays information needed for a workflow or a draft workflow, (optional) associated to a given project. To get access to the workflow viewer, you must have Administrator permissions.
Usage
Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons > Workflow Viewer.
You can select a Jira project to see the associated workflows, including draft workflows (if any), for each issue type associated OR or you can choose directly select the workflows or draft workflows directly to display all view information about them.
The report will look looks like this:
You can switch between the published and draft workflow (if a draft exists). Increated is a pseudo-state we introduced for symmetry reasons (start transition to first state).
Columns are:
Report description
- Transition - the name of the transition, the initial step name and destination step name will be are displayed
- Screen - the screen the screen that transition have associatedhas associated. An A screen can contain multiple tabs and the information displayed contains all input data, e.g. Custom Fields names , for example, names of the custom fields and the associated IDs.
- Conditions - the text representation of the conditions tree including SIL Conditions ™ conditions and their path detailed information
- Validators - the list of validators on the current transition , including SIL Validators ™ validators and their path detailed information
- Post functions - the list of post functions on the current transition, including SIL™ post - functions and their path information
Following the links to your SIL programs will open up the SIL Manager, selecting that particular SIL program.

At the end of the report you 'll can find the additional information about the Validatorsvalidators, conditions, Conditions and Post Functions post functions present in the edit Edit or view View screens included in the issue screen scheme, associated to the current issue type:.

If there is no project selected for a workflow viewer, then there will be no associated issue type to a given workflow. So there will be no such issue screen scheme associated and the information about the edit or view screen will be missing. | ||
