condition, follow these steps:
Click the Jira cog icon > Issues > Workflows.
After finding the workflow, go to the three-dots icon and click Edit. Navigate to the transition of your workflow

Switch to the Conditions

tab.
Click the Add

condition button.

Select JEP -

User
...
Not In Project Role(s) and then click the Add button.

All user custom fields will be listed in the following screen

. Select the one you want and click

That's it, the condition will now be added to the transition.
