This condition checks if the parent issue matches the specified JQL.
To add

the Parent Issue JQL Condition
Go to the transition of your workflow, switch to the Conditions tab and click on the Add Condition button.
Select JEP - Parent Issue JQL Condition and then click on the Add button.
Type out the JQL that should match for the parent issue should match, in order to allow the transition. Then Then click on the Add button.
That's it, the condition is will now be added to the transition.
Please do not forget to publish the workflow.
