Whenever the transition executed, the issue will be assigned to a user in the specified role. 
It is configurable project role during a workflow transition. You can choose to assign the issue to either:

  • To a random user in the specified project role, or

Steps

  1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

  2. Switch to the Post Functions tab.

  3. Click the Add post function button.

  4. Select JEP - Assign Issue to Specific User Role Post Function and click the Add button.
