  1. From Jira settings, navigate to Manage Apps.

  2. From the side menu, find Enhancer Plugin for JIRA.

  3. Click Custom Field Configuration.

  4. Click the Add new JEP custom field button.

  5. Click the User/Group tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue. 

  6. Select First/Last Reopened User, then click Add custom field.

Step 2: Configure the field

  • Pick JEP - First "Reopened" Status User or JEP - Last "Reopened" Status User in the custom field drop-down menu.
  • Create a name for the custom field.

    • Name – Create a name for the custom field (this will appear on screens and can be used in JQL).

  2. Click the Save custom field button.

Usage in JQL searches

You can use the First/Last Reopened User custom field in your JQL searches to filter and sort issues based on their resolution time.
