This guide explains how to configure templates for exporting HTML and filter subscriptions. These templates allow you to customize the appearance and content of exported assets.
If all HTML or Subscription templates are deleted, the system will automatically create new default templates.
Configure ‘HTML' and 'Filter Subscription’ templates

Navigate to Assets > Settings > Template Settings.

Templates List:
Click Add New Template.
Create the template:
Template Name: Assign a descriptive name for your template.
Template Type: Choose between Filter Subscription and HTML. Filter Subscription templates are specifically used for exporting asset subscriptions.
Export Style: (For Filter Subscription templates only) Choose how the exported subscriptions will be displayed:
Individual assets view: Each subscribed asset will be listed separately.
Grid view: Assets will be presented in a grid layout.
Template Category: Categories are for HTML export template option grouping

There can be only one Asset Filter Subscription template. And, when there is no HTML or Subscription template left, new default templates will be created.
Variables:
Variables can be used to have dynamic HTML output.

Insert Variable: Click this button to insert dynamic variables like

,User Key
, orEmail
into your template body.
Click Save.
