Create Filter
To create a new Asset Filters:

essentially saved searches for assets. You can create filters to quickly find specific sets of assets you use frequently.
Create new asset filter
Navigate to Assets > Asset Navigator.
Refine your search, then

Subscriptions
A subscription provides you with a periodic notification for all assets returned by the search of asset filter.

Subscriptions allow you to receive periodic notifications based on the results of an asset filter. You'll be alerted whenever new assets match the filter criteria.
Subscribe to a filter
There are two ways to subscribe to an asset filter:
Run a filter and click Subscribe under Details
Open Filters and click Subscribe or click "Subscriptions" and then click Subscribe
Subscription options
Select "Recipient groups" and "Send owner". At least one of them is required.
Method 1:
Run the desired filter in the Asset Navigator.
In the filter details section, click the Subscribe button.
Method 2:
Open the Filters tab.
Locate the filter you want to subscribe to. You can also access it from the Subscriptions section (if available).
Click Subscribe.

Recipient groups – Select the groups that should receive the subscription notifications.
Send owner – Include the filter owner in the notification recipients (at least one recipient is mandatory). If only "Send owner" is selected,
