The General Configurations Configuration page allows you to edit customize various aspects of the app such as editing the settings related to CSV imports, date/time formats, and reference asset fetch methods, and more.

Prerequisites
You must be a Jira administrator to carry out the instructions on this page.
Open Assets and Inventory > Settings menu to reach the general configuration.
You can set general configurations of the app:

Access the General Configuration page
From the Jira top menu, click Assets > Settings.
Select General Configuration from theside menu.
Click the Edit Settings button. A pop-up displaying the settings appears.
Consider the following options to customize your asset management experience:
General view settings
