    Prerequisites

    • Users who want to interact with Jira from Teams must connect their accounts.

    Connect user account automatically

    The Jira Integration+ bot will prompt users to connect if they perform an activity that requires authentication.

    1. Navigate to a tab or click a ticket that contains Jira issues or notifications.

    2. Click the Connect Now button.

    3. Click Allow to grant Teams access to your Jira user account.

    1. Navigate to the Jira Integration+ bot chat tab.

    2. Send the command signinto the bot in chat.

    3. Click the returned sign-in button.

    4. Click the connect button.

    5. Click Allow to grant Teams access to your Jira user account.

    Disconnect user account manually

    1. Navigate to the chat tab of the Jira Integration+ bot chat tab.

    2. Send the command signout to the bot in the chat.

    3. Click the returned sign-out button.
