Connecting your account

You will be asked to connect your account when performing your first action in Slack. You can also find the Connect Jira Account button on the Home tab of the Jira Integration + app, or manually trigger the connection by typing /jira-plus connect.

From Jira Integration + Slack App Home

1. Click the search bar at the top of the Slack window and enter Jira Integration Plus then select the app from the Connect Now button in Slack. Click list.

2. Switch to the Home tab if necessary.

3. Click Connect Jira Account.

4. Click Allow in Jira.

5. Click the button to return to the home screen in Slack.

From Jira Integration + Slack App Home

6. Perform any action in Slack using Jira Integration +, or type /jira-plus connect.

7. Click Connect Now.

8. Click Allow in Jira.

9. Click the button to go to the home screen in Slack.
