🌐 1: Allow notifications in your browser
If you're seeing the crossed bell icon at the end of the URL, click it and select Allow for this site.
If not: click on the lock icon, locate the Notifications and select Allow in the dropdown. Refresh the page.
If pop-up does not appear Go to Settings in Edge > Cookies & Site Permissions > Notifications.

🖥️ 2: Turn on Notifications in Your Operation System
Mac OS
System Settings > Notifications.
On the Notifications screen, click on Microsoft Edge.
Turn on the toggle for Allow Notifications.
Windows
Select Start > Settings > System > Notifications.
Turn on the toggle next to the Microsoft Edge.
🔔 3: Use notifications in Chat for JSM
Check desired notification options on Chat for JSM > Notifications.
If everything goes well, you'll get notifications like the one below:
If you have done all previous steps, but notifications are still not showing up. You , you may check the following workaround:
Enter
edge://flags/#enable-system-notificationsin the URLDisable a flag for system notifications.
