Dataplane Reports runs on Jira Data Center and Server , and is not available on Jira Cloud.
While we continue focusing Dataplane Reports on enterprise-scale reporting for Jira Data Center and Server, we’ve partnered with Appfire’s the Appfire Dashboard Hub for Jira team to deliver a first-class Jira Cloud reporting solution for Dataplane Reports customers and a path to migrate your Dataplane Reports data to Dashboard Hub Pro for Jira Cloud.

About Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA)
We’ve integrated Dataplane Reports with Atlassian’s Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) app to provide an automated migration path for moving your Dataplane Reports app data to Dashboard Hub Pro for Jira Cloud.
Atlassian’s Atlassian JCMA app is free, pre-installed in every Jira Data Center and Server instance, and typically the main conduit by which tool that Atlassian customers use to migrate their Jira Data Center/Server instances to Clouddata. So the Dataplane Reports-JCMA integration likely already fits seamlessly into your existing plans for migrating to Jira Cloud.

There are two different ways to migrate your organization’s Dataplane Reports app data to Dashboard Hub Pro for Jira Cloud—automated Cloud:
Automated migration using Atlassian’s Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA),
or
Manually building reports in Dashboard Hub
Pro
Automated migration with JCMA should accomplish much of what you need, but as you become familiar with Dashboard Hub for Jira CloudPro, you may find it more expedient it may be efficient to build some reports directly in Cloud Dashboard Hub Pro or tweak the results of an automated JCMA migration to tailor the results to your liking.

Appfire is investing considerable resources in integrating Dataplane Reports with JCMA and Dashboard Hub for Jira Cloud Pro to provide a path for moving your Dataplane reports to Cloud.
Support for migrating various types of Dataplane reports and features will be delivered in phases via coordinated releases of Dataplane Reports and Dashboard Hub for Jira CloudPro.
