The Summary section shows the number of projects associated with the notification scheme. You can click on the number to view a list of the projects.
The Details section of the profile page shows details of the projects to which the notification scheme is assigned. You can then navigate to the profile page of each project.

Rename - click on the name of a notification scheme to rename it. Rename is a safe activity, which means that the notification scheme's name will be updated in all dependent configuration elements referring to it by name.
Configure - redirects you to the notification scheme's configuration page in Jira.
Edit - redirects you to the notification scheme's edit page in Jira.
Delete - use it to clean your Jira of any unused notification schemes. Power Admin allows you to delete a notification scheme if it’s not assigned to any projects.
