Uninstall via Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager

This page shows the steps to uninstall the plugin using the Universal Plugin Manager.

Manual Uninstall

At first sight, this seem a little bit complicated but actually it isn't. All it has to be done is to remove the plugin manually and delete its tables from the internal database.

  1. Log into your Jira as Admin.
  2. Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons.
  3. Click Manage Add-ons.

4. Locate User Group Picker Pro™ in the list of your installed apps or use search, and click Uninstall.

5. Confirm deletion.

Manual Uninstalling

In addition to using UPM, you can also uninstall the app manually.

Note

To do this, you must have access to the server where Jira has been installed.

  1. Go to the folder where Jira server has been installed.
  2. Access <JIRA_APPLICATION_DATA>/plugins/installed-plugins and manually delete User Group Picker PRO™ app.
  3. Restart Jira server.
