Sprint Roll-Up Report displays the progress of all the sprints across projects. The summarised view shows the sprint details such as sprint timeline, status, and progress metrics % of issues completed Issues Complete, % of story points completed Story Points Complete, total story points, remaining story points, and story points completed Story Points, Story Points Completed, and Story Points Remaining. To expand and collapse the report view, click >. The expanded view displays the report for all sprints at the issue level with details.

The Sprint Roll-Up report Report can further be tailored and detailed as required by selecting the fields from the Configuration fields. The configuration fields display the below options.

Columns - Columns drop-down displays the list of Jira fields such as Text fields, Date fields, and Numeric fields (Roll-Up). You can select the fields to add to the Roll-Up report. The fields with a symbol displays help text on mouseover. To remove a field from the report result, deselect the field from the Columns drop-down.

  • Common Configuration fields - Make your selections for the report details from the fields such as Columns, Projects, and Include Sub Tasks. To learn more about these configuration fields, refer Roll-Up Reports for Jira Interface.

  • Sprints - Sprints displays the status options Active, Closed, and Future to filter the report result based on Sprints status.

  • Include Sub Tasks - To include the subtask for all sprints in the report result, select Include Sub Tasks.

For the report result generated from Actions, you can click 💾 to Save Selections for the report type and click ⬇ to Export to excel. To refresh the report for selections, click 🔁 Refresh results.
