Support for Atlassian Server Products is ending in February 2024. Consider migrating to Markdown for Confluence’s Data Center version. Or, are you planning to migrate to Cloud? Make sure you do not lose your data/configurations in the process. Check out the Migration guide for information on how to migrate the app’s data to Cloud. Contact our support team if you have any questions. |
The Markdown for Confluence app provides macros that render Markdown content in Confluence pages. This guide contains instructions on how you can use the macros to display Markdown content from multiple sources. The macros available through the app are:
- Markdown macro - render Markdown content directly from within the macro
- Markdown from an attachment macro - render Markdown content from an attachment
- Markdown from a URL macro - render Markdown content from URLs linked to applications such as GitHub and GitLab or use profiles that are configured by administrators
