This article explains how to do issue filtering filter the issues in the JQL table Table macro using the app Advanced Tables for Confluence app.
Instructions
- Log into your Confluence instance as an administrator.
- Create an application link with a Jira instance and make sure it is working.
Refer to this page on how to do Linking to Another Application. - Create a new page or click to edit an existing the Confluence Instance.
- Edit the JQL Table macro, navigate to JQL settings > Data source > Jira application links and select the link that you have created in step #2Jira instance, from where you are going to retrieve the results.
Also, enter the JQL for Jira Advanced search to fetch your issues from the project as shown:
- Navigate to Table settings > Advanced settings > Display data filter and Enable enable as shown:
- Click on Save settings and Publish publish the page.
- Once you run the JQL, it will be showing the The page displays the issues as shown:
- Select filter on a column of the table, it filters the column data as shown:
