     • Yes, these are available at no charge just like Atlassian products by going to your my.atlassian.com account. Find the plugin app and look for View Development License.
   • Can I buy products via Atlassian Marketplace no matter what country I am located in?

     • Go to the Marketplace entry for the plugin app and press Free 30 Day Trial to get another evaluation license.
     • Install the license on your instance by going to plugin app in the UPM.

3. Licenses are installed after the plugin app is installed using Manage App - otherwise known as the Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
   
   • We strongly recommend use of a recent version of the UPM. Upgrade reasonable often.
   • Older versions of UPM may require going to the Config link for the plugin app to add the license.
4. Community/Open Source Software (OSS) licenses for plugins app are available free for any host product with an Community/OSS license - email sales@atlassian.com to request a Community/OSS plugin app license.
