Integration+ to your Team is an essential part of getting started with using the platform.

 

Prerequisites

Add Integration+ to your Team

  1. From Teams, click Apps from the left sidebar.

  2. Search for HelpDeskIntegration+.

  3. Click Add on the HelpDeskIntegration+ app.

  4. Use the drop-down and select Add to a team.

  5. Enter the team name and select it from the suggestions.

  6. Click Set up.
