The connector can notify relevant Workplace users upon field changes in Jira. For example, when someone updates the summary of a Jira issue, a notification with the details of the changes will be sent to Workplace.
Some commonly used fields for which you can choose to get notifications for:
Priority
Summary
Status
Assignee
Comments
Due date

Note The Start button will be grayed out if the Connecting to Workplace step is not completed.

Under Notification events, you have two options:
Defining your own list of fields to trigger notifications for:
Click Search fields and select the Jira fields to be used from the dropdown. The app will send notifications to the Workplace when changes are made to these fields.
Then, click Add to add a field to the list.

Optionally, toggle the Enable notifications for all fields, if you want to enable the notifications for all the fields defined in your project.
Under Projects, you have two options:

Click Search Projects and select the Jira projects to be used from the dropdown. Workplace alerts will then be enabled for all supported events on these projects.
Then, click Add to add a project to the list.

The changes are auto-saved.
The card has turned green to indicate that the setup has been successful.
Note For Step 2: Configure notification card to be completed, at least one project needs to have notifications enabled.
