When the app is installed you install Issue History Collector (cloud), you can monitor the tickets history, age, and assignees in the tabs inside the Activity → Comments glance.
The following tabs are available in your Issues Activity panel:
User/Status Statistics
User/Status Statistics Issue Statistics tab displays how long each user worked on the ticket when it was in each of the statuses.

Status/User Statistics
Status/User Statistics Issue tab displays tab displays how much time was spent on a ticket by user consolidated by each user. This tab displays the same information but it's grouped by ticket statuses.
