Location, location, location
The Locations feature in Power Admin for Jira allows you to understand precisely how and where configuration elements are used in other elements in Jira. You can analyze the details of the relations between two configuration elements efficiently.
For example, you can understand exactly how a custom field is used in a workflow's transition. It might be Let’s say it’s used in a post function, and ; Power Admin will show you the relevant transition and the exact post - function.
You can review locations for:
custom field fields used in a workflow, filter, dashboard, or agile board
screen screens used in a workflow
app apps used in a workflow, filter, or agile board
issue type types used in a filter or agile board
status statuses used in a workflow, filter, or agile board
priority priorities used in a workflow, filter, or agile board, or filterresolution
resolutions used in a workflow, filter, or agile board, or filter

View locations
There is a The Locations column is in the Usage usage table and when . When you click on the location Location (
) button there, Power Admin for Jira shows you where and how the particular element is used in a workflow. To review the locations:
Log in as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permission.
Choose the cog icon at Navigate to the top right of the screen , then choose and choose Jira Settings > Configuration Manager.
From In the menu on the left side panel, choose click Power Admin.
On Power Admin's search Home page, choose a configuration element type: custom field, app, screen, or issue type.
Choose an element used in a workflow and open its usage page.
Click on the the
button in the Locations column.
