Adding an Advanced Database Row Field

Adding a new Advanced Database Row Field is as easy as adding any other custom field.

To do thatadd a new field, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Jira as Admin.

  2. Go to Administration > Custom Fields > Add Custom Field, and select Advanced Database Row Field from the list.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Adding Configurations

After you have added the custom field, it's time to add some continue with adding configurations.

  1. Log into your Jira as Admin.

  2. Go to Administration > Custom Fields.

  3. Select Configure contexts for the Advanced Database Row Field.

  4. To manage the configuration, click the Edit Field data settings link from on the configuration screen.

  5. Here you can easily configure the field very easily using the Configuration Wizard, or you can use Advanced Configuration to manually configure the field.

What's Next

Once you've added a configuration for your field, it's time to edit the scripts behind it by clicking on the Configure button from , you can start using the field.

You can always edit the field configuration by clicking the Configure button on the Configuration details panel.
