Prior to starting creating a profile, perform the following steps:
- Create a dedicated TFS4JIRA account as a SynchronizerSet up the UTC time zone for your Synchronizer account for Azure DevOps (ADO) - a Synchronizer account
- Provide the proper permissions to your Synchronizer account
