After all team members have agreed on an estimate, you usually want to save the agreed value in a designated Jira custom field, which we refer to as the "estimation field”.
In Agile Poker for Jira Cloud, you can only estimate only issues that estimation if the estimation field is set as correctly configured and valid for the right appropriate issue types. If some issues (e.g. bugs, tasks) If certain issues, such as Bugs or Tasks, are not visible in Agile Poker for Jira, it means indicates that you have need to add an the estimation field (for example e.g. Story Points) to the relevant issue type.

Navigate to the Jira top menu, and click Projects > View all projects.
Find the project you want to work with and click the three dots icon next to it. Then, select Project settings.
From the sidebar, click Fields, and then Actions > Edit Fields.
From the sidebar, click Custom fields. Find Story Points in the list and click the three dots icon to select Contexts and default value.

Configuring the “Original estimate” time field
To estimate a time field like the Original estimate, you need to perform a configuration similar to the one above needs to be done.similar configuration as mentioned earlier. However, there is an extra step that needs to be done: additional step required, which is adding Time tracking Tracking to the Issue screens.
Unlike other fields, you won't see the Original Estimate in the list because it is managed by is part of a larger Time tracking group of Time Tracking fields . It's possible that the Original estimate is present in your issue details and you can edit and save it, but it might be not and may not be visible in the list by default. Although you can see and edit the Original Estimate in the issue details, it may not be available for Agile Poker for Jira Cloud if Time Tracking is missing from the relevant screens.
To add Time Tracking to a screen, follow these steps:
Navigate to Jira settings

Select the relevant screen, and click the three dots icon > Configure.
Add Time tracking to the list, and that’s it!
