To remove JSU from your Jira instance
Log in as a Jira Administrator.
Click the Administration cogicon

in the top

right of Jira.
Select Add-ons > Manage add-ons to display the list of apps installed on your Jira instance.
Select JSU. The details for the JSU app
...
display.
Click Uninstall. The information summary
...
displays an Uninstalling message, and the app will be uninstalled from Jira.

Re-enabling / Permanent removal
You can remove and re-install JSU without the loss of your configurations.
All implemented features "stay" remain in your workflows and are therefore will be available again after the re-installation.

If you want to permanently remove JSU from your instance, you must first have to remove all the implemented JSU features from your workflows. See the The JSU Configuration Guide for a reminder reminds you of all the possible JSU components that you might have to remove. |
