You Begin
You must be a Jira administrator to carry out the instructions on this page.
Chat for JSM requires the Jira for Service Management application to be present. It will not work with other Jira platforms, such as Jira Software.
You need to use a fairly modern browser that supports current web Javascript and CSS standards to run Chat for JSM without any problems. The supported browsers are:
