If you are experiencing slowness or timeout error with your Rich Filters gadgets in your Jira Data center and need to obtain a support file that includes execution times for troubleshooting purposes, please follow these steps:

  • In the upper-right corner of your dashboard, you have a “…” menu. Refer to the screenshot below:

  • Click on that menu and select "Get rich filters support file”file.

  • In the dialog, select the Include execution times checkbox.

  • Export the new support file.

  • Your rich filter is configured to use very slow JQL (which causes the timeout). Hence, the export operation might take some time. Please wait for the operation to finish, and do not close the browser/tab before the operation is finished.
