If you are experiencing slowness or timeout error with your Rich Filters gadgets in your Jira Data center and need to obtain a support file that includes execution times for troubleshooting purposes, please follow these steps:
In the upper-right corner of your dashboard, you have a “…” menu. Refer to the screenshot below:
Click on that … menu and select "Get rich filters support file”file”.
In the dialog, select the Include execution times checkbox.
Export the new support file.
