This article explains how to display to sort the Issue Matrix table with solid borders using panel on the priority field inside the Issue Matrix app. This is ONLY applicable for Jira Server Instances.
Instructions
- Login to Jira as an Administrator.
- Navigate to
Cogwheel > Issues > custom fields > Add custom field. - Click on All and search for "Issue Matrix" and click on Next as shown in the below screenshot:
- Add a name to the custom field (for example, Issue Epic_Matrix_2)
- Add the custom field to the project screen where it is required:
- Now, search for the custom field , which that was created in the earlier previous step.
- For the newly created custom field, click the cog wheel cogwheel > Configure > Edit Matrix Configuration > Epic and click on Next.
- Configure the details, as shown below, and click on Save to save the configuration.
- The resultant output is shown in the below gif:
