Install the app to Teams

Click on "Apps" in the left side of Teams.

Search for "Jira Integration+", or click on it if you see it.

Add Integration+ to your Team
From Teams, click Apps from the left sidebar.
Search for Integration+.
Click Add on the Integration+ app.
Use the drop-down and select Add to a team.
Enter the team name and select it from the suggestions.
Click Set up.
