Overview
Applying the Comala Document Approval workflow to a page or blog post allows you to ensure that content is reviewed and signed - off.
The approval workflow can either be added on a page-by-page basis or applied to all content in a space.

a user approved decision transitions the content to the Approved state
a user rejected decision does not cause any approval state but the decision is recorded for the page in the approval history report

In a space, the Comala Document Approval app can operate be applied in one of two modes

Apply to all documents in a space

the application of the approval workflow will override any existing approval added and applied to an individual page or blog post
the approval workflow on all the content can be initialized to the same state
an end-user will be unable to add or remove the approval workflow for an individual page or blog post

Only the space administrator can enable the Comala Document Approval workflow to add and apply to all content in the space. |
If the workflow is not currently applied using the space tools, then an end-user can choose an individual page or blog post to add and apply the Comala Document Approval workflow on a page-by-page basis.
